I compared a few places before ordering, and zionjudaica.com ended up having some of the fairest prices I found. Nothing seemed overpriced or marked up for no reason, and the checkout process was straightforward with no weird surprises at the end. Overall, I feel good about what I paid and I’d be comfortable ordering from them again...

I had a good experience overall. The tracking was clear the whole time, and whenever I had a question, the replies came back quick. Just easy and straightforward, which I appreciated.

I had to send my order back and was a little nervous about how the refund would go (returns can be such a hassle sometimes), but it actually came through quickly. Support got back to me in a normal way and didn’t make the whole thing complicated. Overall, it was a good experience

I had an issue with my order and, to be fair, support did eventually get it sorted out. It just took longer than I was hoping, and the back-and-forth got a bit frustrating. What annoyed me most were the canned apology messages that didn’t really feel like anyone was actually paying attention at first. Still, the problem was fixed in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that.

My item arrived packed really well and it looked nice when I opened it. The box had a, well, it had a small dent on it, but everything inside was totally fine and nothing was damaged...

My order did arrive on time, so I’ll give them that, but the packaging was disappointing. The box was crushed on one side, and when I opened it there was barely any padding inside to protect the item.
Thankfully, the item itself was still usable, but I really expected more care with a Judaica order. I kind of regret not reading the reviews first because this definitely would’ve made me think twice

I was trying to place my order, and the checkout page froze on me twice, which was already frustrating. Then, after my payment actually went through, it still showed a card error like something had gone wrong. It all worked out in the end, but the whole process was way more stressful than it needed to be.

The name was spelled correctly and it looks really nice. I’m happy with how it came out and would definitely order again.

My order was on backorder way longer than expected, and I didn’t get any updates until I reached out twice. What frustrated me most was getting the usual “that’s our policy” type of response instead of a real explanation or any kind of helpful timeline.

I was glad to see most of the stuff I needed was actually in stock for once. Made the trip easy. Hopefully they keep it that way, because if shelves start being empty all the time, I’ll probably just go somewhere else.

Just wanted to share in case anyone else is ordering from overseas, mine arrived faster than I expected and everything went smoothly. No issues with shipping at all, so I’d say it’s a safe option if you’re on the fence

The tracking updated well enough, not obsessively, but enough to know what was going on, and the package arrived on the day they said it would. The box was in good shape too, which I always appreciate because nobody wants a mystery dent situation. I’m taking off one star since it took a little longer to dispatch than I expected, but once it was on the way, there weren’t really any issues.

As someone who gets annoyed when orders are mixed up, I was happy this one came right. Everything I ordered was there, no surprises or mistakes this time.

I was browsing around for some Judaica items the other night, mostly because I had been meaning to replace an older kiddush cup and somehow ended up looking at gifts too. They do have a decent selection, especially for the basics like menorahs, mezuzahs, kiddush cups, and small gift-type items. The site was easy enough to look through, and I found a few nice things without feeling like I had to dig forever.

That said, a couple of the categories felt kind of limited, and I noticed some items seemed to be out of stock when I checked. The prices were fine, not terrible but not exactly a huge bargain either. Overall, it was a good enough experience and I’d probably look again, but I do wish they had a bit more variety.

I was hoping to find a nice Judaica gift, but... the selection just felt kind of limited. A lot of the items looked similar, and some didn’t really feel special enough to give as a gift. I kept browsing for a bit, but i ended up buying from another place.

I ordered this as a gift and decided to pay extra for the gift packaging because I wanted it to be ready to hand over when it arrived. When I opened the shipping box, though, it was just in a plain box, and the ribbon looked half crushed.

The actual item was fine, so that part wasn’t the issue. But the gift note was bent inside, and the whole thing just didn’t feel presentable, so I ended up having to rewrap it myself before bringing it.
Shipping was totally fine and nothing arrived damaged, so it wasn’t a complete disaster. I just expected the paid gift packaging to look a lot nicer than it did

Customer service did end up helping me out, so I can’t complain too much. I’ll admit I assumed they’d forgotten about me when the replies took longer than I expected, but they eventually got back and sorted things out
